Contact the Admission Office (781-641-1346) to schedule an individual tour of the school and parent meeting with the Director of Admission between October and January 15th. (Arrangements can be made to tour the school and schedule a meeting at other times during the year as space permits.)

Applications are due by January 15th along with the non-refundable $35.00 application fee. (Arrangements can be made to complete the application process at other times during the year as space permits.)

If your child has already attended school, we ask that the applicant’s current teacher complete an AISNE Evaluation Form (follow link to open; also available in the Admission Office) and send it to Lesley Ellis along with school records from the previous two years (depending on how long your child has been enrolled) by January 31st.

Preschool, Prekindergarten, and Transitional Kindergarten applicants will be invited to a small group playtime with their parent/s in December or January. Kindergarten applicants will be invited to a small group visit in early February. For children applying to Grade One through Grade Five applicants will be scheduled for an informal one-on-one visit with the Director of Admission, tour of the school, and classroom visit. It is our goal to make these enjoyable, non-stressful visits.

Come to one of our Open Houses and have a chance to tour the school, explore the classrooms, and meet administrators, teachers, and current parents. Our next Open Houses are scheduled on November 3rd, 2007, January 8th, 2008 and April 8th, 2008.

Complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (available in the Admission Office in the fall) and send the original to the SSS Office in Pittsburg, PA by January 31st. Send a copy to the Admission Office by February 15th, along with a copy of your Federal Tax Return and all accompanying schedules and forms. Click on the Financial Assistance link to learn more.
